Crimson’s ’80s Songbook, Live
BEAT — former King Crimson members Adrian Belew and Tony Levin, joined by guitarist Steve Vai and Tool drummer Danny Carey — reimagines the band’s landmark ’80s albums Discipline, Beat and Three of a Perfect Pair. Expect intricate rhythms, twin-guitar interplay and songs like “Elephant Talk” and “Frame by Frame” played by the musicians who helped define them.
Know Before You Go
Ovens Auditorium sits inside the Bojangles Entertainment Complex on East Independence Boulevard, about five miles east of Uptown. The box office opens two hours before showtime, and tickets are required for everyone age two and older.
Tickets
Tickets are on sale now through BOplex. The tour also stops in Durham earlier that week: see our guide to BEAT at DPAC, November 17.
