Reggae-pop under the skyline
Formed in Caracas, RAWAYANA blends reggae, funk and Caribbean pop into a feel-good live show that has made them one of Latin music’s biggest touring acts — songs like “Binikini” and “Hora Loca” turn amphitheatres into dance floors. The open-air Skyla stage, with the Uptown skyline glowing behind it, is a perfect fit for their sound on a fall Saturday night.
Good to know before you go
Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is an outdoor venue with no seats under cover, so check the forecast and dress for the weather. Note the venue change: this show was originally announced for The Fillmore Charlotte and has moved to Skyla. Making a weekend of it?
