A Simple Man, Live
Boney James has defined contemporary jazz saxophone for three decades, blending R&B grooves with silky melodic lines across a run of chart-topping albums. The Knight Theater’s intimate 1,200-seat room is an ideal setting for his band — close enough to catch every nuance, with the warm acoustics the Levine Center for the Arts is known for.
Know Before You Go
Knight Theater is part of the Levine Center for the Arts on South Tryon Street, steps from the Stonewall station on the LYNX Blue Line, with garage parking nearby. The same stage hosts the Charlotte Symphony a week earlier — see our guide to Joshua Bell Plays Bruch at Knight Theater on November 7 for another November highlight in the room.
Tickets
Tickets start at $65.13 and are available through Blumenthal Arts. Browse more Charlotte events and concerts across the Carolinas.
