The concert
Neo-soul favorites — songs made famous by artists like Erykah Badu, D’Angelo, Lauryn Hill and Jill Scott — are performed by a string quartet in the glow of hundreds of candles. The evening is part of Fever’s Candlelight series, which brings classical musicians to unexpected venues across Charlotte. It is a relaxed, soulful way to spend Thanksgiving afternoon before the evening’s celebrations.
